Warrior Week was created out of a simple philosophy: We already know what to do to grow, but we don't.Whether it's because its boring, or we lack motivation, or accountability.
We don't follow through with the habits and mindsets we want to create.
What we need is excitement, adventure, competition, and a ragtag crew of brothers to come along with us.Enter, the Warrior Week challenge. One week that will push you to your limits, reset your mind, and help you become a modern day warrior philosopher.

whats the challenge?

- Run 3 miles per day upon waking
- 10 minutes of meditation per day
- Eat clean: No processed foods, No snacking, No alcohol
- MMA training 1x per day
- 20 minutes of reading daily (no audiobooks)
- Journaling every night (paper + pencil)
- No screen time for entertainment (No Social media, TV,
etc. Music is allowed)
